From The Heart members work side-by-side with students, members of the community and educators, to go beyond traditional expectations to support the academic and personal growth of our students. Our History
At Cora Sue Smith From The Heart, we're inpsired by the incredible kindness and generosity of Cora Sue. She believed that all students should have a chance to explore, learn, and succeed, no matter their family's financial situation.
Cora Sue sponsored school trips for seniors who couldn't afford them, so they could experience exciting educational adventures. She also gave monetary gifts to graduating high school students, offering them a helping hand as they embarked on their next steps.
At Cora Sue Smith From The Heart, we continue Cora Sue's mission. We want to help students fulfill their dreams by providing financial support, scholarships, and resources. We understand that education is important and want to make it easier for students to achieve their goals.

The mission of Cora Sue Smith From The Heart is to provide postsecondary scholarships to students who have lost a parent or primary guardian to heart disease or diabetes.
